2. The record of High School or academic transcript from the last school attended

5. Passport
6. 10 photos 3x4 , 10 photos 4x6
7. Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency (If any)
8. Certificates of land use rights (If any)
9. ID card of sponsor
10. Bank statement and Bankbook with deposit balance (If any)
