In 2002, the Swiss state of Neuchâtel officially accepted the school as "Victoria University”. Also this year, the Singapore Ministry of Education accepted the VU programs at the Asia Pacific University. 2004 marked the beginning of a successful partnership with Beijing's Peking University. In 2009, Victoria University collaborated on training programs with Harper Adams University College in Shropshire, UK. The University of Victoria has about 500 students enrolled, and over 3,500 students study through distance learning.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Courses are divided into two groups: 1. Basic BA learns all basic knowledge of business administration and 2. Bachelor's degree will focus on training. Deep knowledge of a particular discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing and Hotel Management.
